Incidentally, if you believe Wikipedia -- that most reliable source of wisdom -- the conservative Institute of Public Affairs (IPA) once was a Keynesian outfit. Much like John Quiggin recently, back then the IPA guys also claimed to be “socialists now”.

Those are dramatic about-faces, right?
